Tess Klappe

Tess is part of the Funds & Investment Management team, where she focuses on advising fund and asset managers, pension funds, and other institutional investors on matters such as discretionary and fiduciary asset management and regulatory compliance.

Prior to this, Tess was part of the Corporate Law team, where she primarily assisted with mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising on joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
