Mattias Niens

Mattias is part of the Criminal Sanctions Law, Investigations & Business Conduct team. Mattias is dedicated to finding effective solutions to all legal issues clients face, whether this is through dispute resolution, issuing advice or litigation. His communication skills, empathy and keen insight enable him to engage effectively with all stakeholders, guiding them towards constructive solutions.

Mattias previously worked in the Employment & Pensions team, where he advised both Dutch and international clients on various employment law issues. During this time, he also gained valuable experience in the field of personal investigations and whistleblower legislation.
