Partner Onno Boerstra nominated for Best M&A Lawyer
Onno Boerstra is nominated to win the mena.nl title Best M&A Lawyer, an award. Together with Sjoerd Stokmans and their team Onno also advised on 3 transactions that also deserved a nomination this year: KKR – Roompot Group (Best Deal), COFRA – Sunrock (Best Deal Mid Market) and Torqx Capital Partners – Fabory (Best Small Cap Deal).

These and other deals have earned Onno Boerstra the prestigious nomination for the title Best M&A Lawyer 2020. On 10 December, the winners will be announced during the digital M&A Awards 2020 at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam.
Onno represents various Dutch and foreign companies, private equity funds and other investors, mainly in cross-border transactions. He also frequently acts for management teams in buy-outs. Onno is recommended by clients in several independent international guides, including The Legal 500 and Chambers Global.
Best deals
The winners in the categories Best Deal, Dest Deal Mid-Cap and Best Small Cap Deal will be determined for 75% by a jury, consisting of captains of industry and M&A experts, and for 25% by voting. Only (online) members of the M&A Community can vote until 3 December.
